The Training had made the follow up activities:

- First Module-I Delivery
- Second Module-I Delivery, Battanbang

Started on May 8-12, 2005
Morning: From 8:00AM to 12:00AM
Afternoon: From 2:00PM to 5:00PM
In Takeo at PRDC’ office
There were 31 participants with 11 females attended the training for two classes (half of participants attended class lead by SILAKA and another led by VBNK).

The training was opened and chaired by
- Ms. Debra Huls, Pact Chief of Party;
- Mrs. Thida Khus, SILAKA Executive Director;
- Mr. Chhor Jan Sophal, Deputy Chief of Party;
- Ms. Mov Lean, VBNK Lead Trainer
And closed by

- Mr. Ouk Chanvuthy, SILAKA representative

| During the training participants learned specific skills and shared learning information to each other in the joint session about the LAAR program, how to apply core principles of LAAR in the reality, guide for SDF, determining social problems and preparing a project and budget to address the issues in locality. At the end of the training participants by organization made its own plan to transfer specific knowledge and skills required especially by Pact to make a proposal and submit to Pact no later than the deadline as set up in the guide for SDF. A special session among training organizing partners SILAKA, VBNK and Pact was done regularly after end of each daily class in the afternoon to reflect and improve the activities for tomorrow's session.
