1. Training of Trainer (TOT)

Started on May 01-05, 2005 Morning: From 8:00AM to 12:00AM Afternoon: From 2:00PM to 5:00PM At SILAKA office There were 60 participants with 19 females in which there were 40 PNGOs staffs and 6 staff of Ex.Com attended the training.

The training was opened and chaired by Mrs. Thida Khus, SILAKA Executive Director Mr. Chhor Jan Sophal, Deputy Chief of Party, LAAR Program Mrs. Mov Lean, VBNK Lead Trainer And closed by Mrs. Thida, Ms. Mov Lean, Mr.Ouk Chanvuthy, SILAKA Lead Trainer.

Class started with an overview of LAAR program and personal skills of communications which are the basis for all facilitators/trainers/coaches. During the training the participants learned on LAAR methods of training including training and coaching, development of session plan and tools to ensure high quality and effective training delivery of specific module 1 and coaching to the Commune Councils.
